Portable Water Chiller Applications
Portable water chillers are best suited for precision manufacturing and applications that require very close control over the process such as Injection molding. Portable water chillers are a convenient way to exercise this control when there is a chance of overheating which can result in loss of product or damage to the equipment. Portable water chillers are also used in extrusion, blow molding, machine tool, laser, chemical, optical coating, pharmaceutical water jet rubber heat treating semiconductor metalizing, die casting, printing, plating, anodizing, welding and more.
Liquid Chillers
Liquid chillers are mechanically refrigerated with either air or water cooled systems and can be customized to fit your needs. Liquid chillers condition and re-circulate low temperature fluid. Open loop liquid chillers pump liquid from an open tank or sump, through the chiller and back to the sump. Re-circulating loop liquid chillers re-circulate a clean coolant at constant temperature and pressure to increase the stability and consistency of water cooled machines and instruments. The one pass process liquid chiller is designed for applications where the liquid to be cooled passes through the chiller only once before being added as an ingredient to a product or fouled by the product it is cooling. Great care is taken when selecting liquid chillers as they are precision machines and are very expensive to purchase and operate. Portable water chillers are a more affordable and adaptable alternative to centralized applications.

Portable Water Chillers and Liquid Chillers
Portable water chillers remove heat energy from fluid. The heat is circulated through a heat exchanger medium. The fluid used in portable water chillers can be air, water or a glycol mixture. Central water chillers are used to service a large plant environment. Portable water chillers are available in capacities ranging from 1/8 of a ton to 60 or more tons. Custom and low temperature portable water chillers are capable of supplying temperatures as low as -45 degrees F. Portable water chillers are becoming more and more desirable to control the temperature of a specific area in a plant or a specific technological application. Ease of movement due to the castors on portable water chillers makes it a cost efficient and adaptable solution for a variety of applications.Portable Water Chiller Applications
